• Handling functional queries on Amadeus relating to reservation, ticketing, PNR’s etc.
• Handling the Technical Troubleshooting of calls related to Hardware and software problem of   agencies.

Requirement:
• Graduate/Post Graduate in travel.

Sr. Executive/Executive- Key Accounts(Job Code: A02)
     
Location:
Delhi

Role:
• Handle overall operations for Key Accounts .
• Responsible for management of the Key Account teams based regionally and ensure their
  deliveries.
• Management of exiting client portfolio and further enhancement through upselling various products and solutions.
• Single Point of Contact and to be acting as a final POC for all escalations on PAN India
• Set targets and drive sales to achieve targets.

Market Coordinator- North(Job Code: A03)
     
Location:

Role:
• Set & monitor regional targets
• Ascertain & process incentive payouts.
• Monitoring of BD activities through DSR & visits.
• Co-ordinate with different regional offices for various Market related activities.
• Analyzing report submitted by region (ABDM, BDM) weekly.
• Defining strategy for Business development based on analyzing reports, market trends,   competition, subscriber requirements & behavior, airlines. Identifying Target a/cs or new business   opportunity – Supporting BD, Development, conversions to increase business and market share.
• Analyzing Top accounts minutes of the meeting reports - monthly.
• Key account monitoring Top 20-40 (depends on region) productivity – every 10-15 days.
• Support other functions / departments of the organization with issues related to region markets   and Business development.

• Analyze, design and develop new solutions/enhancements on Web and/or Windows platform as   applicable for project requirements.
