Executive- Helpdesk(Customer Service profile) (Job Code:A01)

Role & Responsibilities:
• Handling functional queries on Amadeus relating to reservation, ticketing, PNR’s etc.
• Handling the Technical Troubleshooting of calls related to Hardware and software problem of agencies.
• Preparation of reports, offline Troubleshooting & Liaison with the customers.

Requirement :
• Graduate/Post Graduate in travel.
• Working knowledge of any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and present ability.
• 0-1 year of experience. Fresher can also apply.


     
Executive-Business Development-(Job Code: A02)
     
Location: Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities :


• Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base.
• Ensuring effective achievement of targets and preparation of reports.
• Preparing and giving presentations to present & prospective customers.
• Monitoring industry trends as well as competition.


Requirement:
• Graduate / Post Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Basic knowledge of the travel industry with excellent communication abilities (written and verbal) with a flair for selling.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the strong grasping & convincing abilities.
• The job involves extensive travel within the location.
